GD, D, D II, DF-type multi-stage centrifugal pump
Outline
GD-type and D-type pump for conveying solid particles of water. DF-type and D II-type pump for mining the carriage pH value of 2 - 4 acid mine water.
Transmission medium temperature shall not exceed 80.

Flow Range
Q = 100 - 515m3 / h (GD. D type)
Q = 27 - 346m3 / h (DF. D II type)

Head range
H = 66 - 700m (GD. D type)
H = 66 - 459m (DF. D II type)

Structure
This pump is a horizontal, single suction, multistage segmental centrifugal pump. Intake can be horizontal or vertical upward, vertical up outlet. Paragraph with the wear bar to inhale, and spit out the middle section of links into one.
Pump rotor shaft by the impeller installed in the balance plate and other integral parts, the rotor installed in the pump from the ends of the two roller bearings to bearing. Bearings with grease lubrication. Axial thrust to balance by the balance disc.

Seal
Shaft ends are packing boxes, soft packing seal. A certain pressure of water through into the stuffing box from the water seal function. Department in the seal with a replaceable sleeve to protect the pump.

Transmission
Pump through the flexible coupling from the motor direct drive. From the pump drive depending on clockwise rotation.
