LS Vertical Centrifugal Pumps

In the light of the performance parameters of IS centrifugal pump, LS type vertical centrifugal pumps have been designed based on the structure characteristics of the others vertical pumps and meet the requirement stipulated in "JB/T53058-98"complied by the state mechanical ministry. They are the changing generation products for IS type centrifugal, DL type multiple- stage pump, ISG type vertical centrifugal pump and SG type piping pump. According to the different medium, our company can design the series pump products with the same parameter including LSR heating water pump, LSH chemical industrial pump, LSY oil pump and LSG high temperature pump, which can replace the common centrifugal pumps. LS type vertical centrifugal pumps are developed based on the performance parameters of IS centrifugal pumps and the structure characteristic of other centrifugal pumps, meeting the requirements stipulated in the standard of Ministry of machinery JB/T53058— 93. The pumps are the replacing products for IS type centrifugal pumps, DL type multi-stages pumps, ISG type vertical centrifugal pumps and SG type piping pumps. According to the difference medium, our company can design the series products with same parameter including LSR hot water pumps, LSH chemical industrial pumps, LSY oil pumps and LSG high temperature pumps for replacing the common centrifugal pumps used in all occasions. The application, characteristic, working condition and performance parameters of this product are the same as that of LS vertical centrifugal pump.

Structure of LS Vertical Centrifugal Pumps can be summarized as 1)The reason structure, small volume and the beautiful outline, its center of gravity of structure falls on the center of pump foot, which ensure the pump to rum smooth and extend the service life of pump. 2). Easy to install. The diameter of inlet is the same as that of discharge and at the same elevation, so just like the valve, it can be installed on any parts of pipe. 3). For the motor and impeller of pump, the direct connecting structure is used and its concentricity is high. So the pump can run without vibration and low noise. 4). No leakage occur: The mechanical seal made of the anti-abrasion material such as hard alloy as well as carbon wolfram is used for the gland seal. It not only can solves the serious leakage problem caused by the packing seal, and also can extend the service life of pump, ensure the cleanness and tidiness of operation site. 5). Economy of funds: The unique installation structure has greatly reduced the area and space occupied by pump station, the construction funds can be reduced by 40— 60%.

 
Application of LS Vertical Centrifugal Pumps can be summarized as (1) The boosting pressure water supply for high building(2) Fire-fighting pump(3) Cooling and heating water circulation in air conditioning system (4) Long distance water supply (5) Feed water of boiler.

Specification of LS Vertical Centrifugal Pumps can be summarized as :

1. The maximum pressure of pump is 1.6Mpa, the test pressure of pump is 2.5Mpa.
2. Application temperature: The temperature of LS type pump is less than 80o C; The temperature of LZ type pump is less than 120o C.
3. Application medium: LS pumps are suitable to pump clean water or similar non-aggressive liquids. The chemical industrial pumps are suitable to pump aggressive liquids, in which the volume of solid unsolved material is less than 0.1% of unit weight, its size is less than 0.2mm.
4. The ambient temperature is less than 40o C, the relative moisture is less than 95%.
