Founded on September 16th, 2006, Nanchang JMCG Concord Transmission Technic Co., Ltd. (JCTT) was reconstructed based on Nanchang Gear Company's Agricultural Gearbox Branch.

JCTT inherits the technique quintessence of Nanchang Gear Company, owns strong technical force, and has independent research & development capacity, technology integration capability and high speed operation mechanisms.

Main products: mechanical gearboxes for large and medium sized harvest machinery, gearboxes for engineering machinery, all kinds of agricultural gearboxes and multiple gear spare parts.

Annual Production Capacity: 10,000 sets of mechanical gearboxes for large and medium sized harvest machinery, 12,000 sets of planetary gearboxes, 200,000 pieces of various small machinery gearboxes and 180,000 pieces of agricultural machinery gears.

Management & Equipment: JCTT has already passed ISO9001 Quality System and second-degree safety quality certifications. The core parts of gearboxes are all produced by JCTT. During the process, our plant extensively adopts numerical manufacturing & inspection equipment. JCTT owns Japanese & German machining centers, German CMMs, German IPSON heat treatment lines, German double-blade milling machines and tapered spline machining tools. We are the first one to adopt laser techniques in ring gear machining, and our technical skill of control heat treatment deformation has achieved domestically leading level.
