cylindrical gearbox (DCY Gear Speed Reducer)

. Introduction

Clindrical Bevel Gearbox(Right Angle Shaft Gearbox) is the transmission that the output shaft locate verticality to the input shaft. The main parts use the high quality alloy steel. The gear go through carburization,harderningand grinding, DIN 6. its featured high bearing load, long life-span, compact volume,high efficiency and light weight and so on.

The series standard No. JB/T9002-1999, is a new product. It can substitute SS right angle shaft gearbox and ZQ,ZL old type gearbox.

II     Application Field

      It can be used in the transmission device that output shaft and input shaft appearred verticality. It is main apply to belt conveyer and all kinds of conveyer machines, also it can used for general machine including metallurgy, mine, chemical, coal, construction material, textile, oil /petroleum and so on.

      Application environment:

      a. The input shaft speed should round no more than 1500rpm.

      b. The round speed of gear should be no more than 20m/s.

      c. The ambient temperature should be -40~50°C.Lubricant should be heated up to 0°C before starting if the ambient temperature below 0°C.

DBY is double stage gearbox, DCY is three stage gearbox

      Four assembly types according to output shaft : I ,II ,III, IV ,  Face to output shaft, its rotation direction: Clockwise (S) , Un-Clockwise(N)
