Our company has the ability to forge, quench and temper, process, surface quench and carbonize high precision soft/ hard-surfaced gear or gear shaft. The main specification is within Φ2500mm, Mn≤40mm. we can produce 4000 tons gears and gear shafts annually, and also produce different products according to customers' requirements.

The main technical parameters of gear

1.  Standard of materials: GB/T3077-1999

2. The grade of materials: 45, 20Cr, 40Cr , 35Cr Mo , 42Cr Mo, 20CrMnMo, 20CrMnTi, 17CrNiMo6, 20CrNi2Mo, etc

3. Standard of production: ISO1328-1995.1997

4. Smelting method: electric arc furnace + refining furnace

5. Precision accuracy: according to GB/T10095-2001 standard, within six grade.

6. Hardness: 58-62 HRC is the hardest; 48-55 HRC is the average hardness; below 28 HRC is the soft

7. Detection methods and the implementation of standards

Samples are from the same furnace

Tensile test standard is tested strictly according to ISO 6892-1998

Hardness test standard is done according to ISO 6506-1:1999

8. Standard of ultrasonic flaw detection

All forging pieces must go through the JB/T1581-1996 standard ultrasonic flaw detection, grade two. If the forging pieces are within 1000 kgs, they can reach the JB/T1581-1996 standard, grade one

9. Magnetic particle testing

Every product must be tested after the surface quenching and machining

Magnetic particle testing standard should be as GB 9444-88

Satisfying products: no crack, scab, white dot or fold. Repair welding is not allowed.
