CMK Valve Manufacture Co., Ltd., formerly Wenzhou CMK Valve Manufacture Co., Ltd., was established in 1976. We have developed gradually into a provincial key corporation specializing in manufacturing valves with fixed scale and annual production capacity up to 5,000 metric tons.
At present, the total assets of our company reaches USD 3 million. We employ 168 people, including 2 senior administrators and 16 engineering technicians (2 senior engineers and 5 engineers). Our company covers an area of 13,000 square meters including 8,000 square meters of floor area, equipped with 91 sets of numerically controlled lathes, vertical lathes, machining equipment and special equipment. The computerizing management is basically adopted in the production, sales and finance when CAD employed in product design.
Now, our main products include gate valves, globe valves, check valves, power station valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, gas valves and non-standard products, and imported special valves, which are sorted in over 400 specifications of over 50 series in 8 categories. The nominal diameter is DN6-2000 (mm) and the nominal pressure is PN0.1-32MPa. The main materials of valve body are ductile iron (for gas valve), cast and forged carbon steel, high-temperature alloy steel and anti-corrosive austenitic stainless steel.
Our products have been sold to various large / medium petroleum and chemical industry, thermal power plants, oil-gas field and municipal engineering. In the past two years, over 30% products exported to Europe, America, Asia and some countries in the Middle East, and the quantity of export has increased fast. Our company has set up nice and stable cooperative partnerships with over 20 domestic large-medium enterprises so that to ensure stable and forward development of the enterprise.
