OUTLINE (diesel engine fire-fighting pump)

      The series product is the new type specially designed for fire-fighting purposes which manufactured strictly in accordance with GB6245-98 "performance requirements and test methods of fire pumps" and the American Fire Protection Association standard NEPA20 The installation of Centrifugal Fire-Fighting Pumps. There are three sub-series according to the different pump types. They are XBC-IS for single-stage, single-suction pump, XBC-SLOW for single-stage, double-suction pump and XBC-D for multi-stage pump. This series of products can meet the wide scope of pressure and flow requirements in almost all fire-fighting need.

The equipment adopts the many type quality pumps. The wide scope flow and head apply to wide application.

      When the group receives the signal or electrical power supply system for fire pump power outages, the group will automatically start work.

This group has excellent automatic alarm function including alarm for repeated startup failure, alarm the high temperature of diesel, diesel speeding warning, alarm for low battery voltage, alarm for charging failure and alarm for lack of fuel.

      The group is equipped with manual and automatic startup. If there is no fire- fighting signal, the pump will automatically stop. Effectively reduce the intensity of work and cost.

The diesel and pump connected directly. It can avoid many faults. And the vibration is small.

When the battery voltage is low, the group cans automatic charging that can make sure the battery have enough voltage. The double battery can make sure the group work well when one battery can not work. The battery itself needs not continually adding additional liquid.

When the flow and head of the pump is different with the actual requirements, it just needs to adjust the speed of the diesel.Specially designed pre-heating system can guarantee the startup even though at low temperature.

This group has regular operations functions, which ensure the group normal stands by.

Application scope

     The series product is applied to the water supply in the fire prevention system in the industrial and civil buildings(fire hydrant system, sprinkler fire-extinguishing system and water spray system). This group can also be used for water supply systems in fire prevention, life, production, construction, municipal, mining, boiler and other conditions.
