Jiangsu Forged Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. is specialized in producing forged stainless steel, alloy steel, Carbon steel and pressure-pipe elements, which include pipeline aeries, such as elbows, tee, crosses, external nipples, internal nipples, hex inner/outer unions, pipe caps and outlets, and flange series, such as button-weld flanges, slip-on welded flanges, socket-weld flanges, lapped flanges, blind flanges, shop flanges and reduce flanges. We manufacture products according to some standards like ASME/ANSI American standard, DIN German Standard, JIS Japanese standard and GB/T, SH and HG domestic standards. Parts are produced according to the special requirements of customers.
Our company is located in Jianhu County, with Jiangsu Senda Group to the south, Xinchang Railway to the north, 204 National Road to the east, Huian - Premier Zhou's former residence to the west and Hu-Ning Highway to the south, with convenient transportation, pleasant weather and scenic beauty.
Our company covers 10000sqm, employs over one hundred staff members, including 20 people graduated from higher universities and 8 engineers and assistant engineers, and has 82 sets of various machines and plated-press and measuring devices, including 600t and 400t plated presses, intermediate-frequency induction-heated furnaces, direct-reading spectrographs and infrared temperature controllers, and they are in a lead position in the same field.
We passed ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System certification by China Fangyuan Monogram Certification Center in June 2002. In December 2004, our company was qualified by Jiangsu Province Boiler and Pressure Vessel Measuring Center as "pressure pipeline element manufacture unit" and given "Special device manufacture license" in March 2005. In April 2005, our company was awarded the titles of "Quality-Creditable Enterprise" in Jiangsu Province by the Marketing Product Quality Supervise and Investigation Office of Jiangsu Province and "315 Right-Maintenance Supervise" by Trailing and Investigation Office Of Jiangsu Province.
The products manufactured by our company sell well to various oil-fields and chemical industries all over the country, and are widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical, electric power, machinery, fire protection, nucleus power, foodstuff and metallurgy, receiving many favorable comments from customers.
