Type DL pump is single-suction multi-stage vertical segmental centrifugal pump.It is used for water supply in town and city as well as concentrated heating system.It is provided for transferring clear water or other liquid with physically and chemically similar to clear water.The temperature of the liquid generally is below 80°C.

Type DLR pump is used to transfer the liquid below 150°C.

CONSTRUCTION

The pump is vertically mounted.It has the features of compact structure.low noise and space-saving. The shaft seal can be either packing seal or mechanical seal. The rotation of the pump rotor is counter clockwise looking from the motor to the pump.

THE MATERIAL OF MAIN PARTS OF THE PUMP

The medium—contacting parts i.e. suction casing, stage casing, discharge casing, impeller, seal ring are made of castiron,the material of shaft is high-quality carbon steel.
