Established in Sep. 2003, we are a one stop service supplier and a manufacturer. Registered in Hong Kong, we currently have 2 manufacturing sites in Dongguan and Shanghai, covering a total floor area of 10,700sqm with more than 100 sets of manufacturing equipment. Serving mainly in Semi-Conductor, Aerospace, Medical, Consumer and Solar industries, we provide vertical integration of machining and assembling services. We specialize in high complexity and low to middle volume contract manufacture. We have attained ISO9001, ISO13485 (for medical), QC080000 (for RoHS) and AS9100 (for aerospace) certifications. In addition, we developed a system integration team in 2008. In mechanical fabrication aspect, we have 55 CNC machines in Dongguan, including 2 Mazak 5-axis machines. In measurement aspect, we have 3 CMM Zeiss machines which can inspect 1.6-meter products. In high precision machining, we have established a welding room with TIG, Arc welding and soldering services. We also provide value-added services including programming, supply chain, engineering and manufacturing. Accordingly, we are driving each KPI and focus on Quality, OTD (On Time Delivery), FAPY (First Article Pass Yield) and Competitive Price.
