Machining equipment comprises of high precision center-less grinders, imported fully automatic processing centers, turning centers, NC lathes, double-face grinders and hobbing machines, wire cutters and other all-purpose equipment which are about one hundred in all. Testing facilities have high precision three-coordinate admeasuring apparatuses, pneumatic measuring instruments, Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers hardometers, and spherical & fineness testing apparatuses. Our company has heat treatment workshop, and has professional senior engineers in heat treatment to control the technology and quality of heat treatment. We also have a full set of heat treatment equipment including azote-changing furnace, quenching furnace, tempering furnace and high frequency machine. In addition, our company imported copper face sintering furnace from Germany, and the furnace is most advanced around the world.
Raveling out the problem that could not be solved of the sintering for double-metal technology in many years, our products have achieved the advanced level in the whole world and meet the customers' need at home and abroad.
