Wuxi Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is one of the largest pump manufacturing companies in China and a second category large-scale enterprise of the state and a research base of International Water Pump Center. Our company mainly manufactures medium and large water pumps applied for urban water supply and drainage, farmland irrigation and drainage, water conservancy project, water circulation of power plant and large-scale diversion works. We also manufacture industrial pumps applied for power plant, mines, metallurgical and chemical industries.
In early 90s, Wuxi Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. specialized in the development on diversification of products and all direction service. Meanwhile, we raised the product quality to a higher scientific and technological level and started the third historical leap. We developed secondary high pressure boiler water supply pumps and high building pumps so that perfected WLZ, WZ series mud pumps, QW, QHD series submersible pumps with big caliber, ZLB, HD, HDS single base water pumps, further strengthened the competitiveness of our products both at home and abroad. At present, our products sell well in China, and are exported to more than 20 regions and countries in Asia, Europe and Latin America. 80 percent pumps used in Austria are made by our company.
The mixed flow pumps with impeller having caliber from 350mm to 3000mm, lift from 5m to 30m, flow rate from 300cu.m/h to 100000 cu.m/h are widely applied for water circulation of power plant, municipal water supply and drainage, sewage disposal, large-scale diversion treatment of water and farmland irrigation.
There are model GC, DC multi-stage centrifugal type boiler water supply pumps, various self-suction pumps, model IS single stage centrifugal pumps, model S double suction centrifugal pumps and IH series of chemical pumps in industrial pumps.
We keep technical renewal constantly so that our company boasts advance technological equipment and advance technological level. Our company has various models of large size vertical and horizontal machine tools which can machine parts with diameter of 5m, height of 2m or diameter of 2.5m and length of 8m. In our company, there is a horizontal boring and milling machine tool boring max diameter of 1m and max end face diameter of 18m and can machine the bend pipe of large size axial flow pump at the length of 3m above and bore hole of the rotor body. There are three directions coordinator-graph special for drawing lines, dotting, grinding impeller of the water pump, thus increased accuracy of molded line in the surface of the impeller; there are many sets of numeric control machine tools special for processing the case of the impeller and inside and outside spheroid of the rotor body that guarantee the high accuracy of this working procedure. Meanwhile, we have imported a complete set of resin bonded sand production line and set up a Q365 throwing pellet cleaning room so as to raise the quality in the surface of the casting piece.
Our company has strong design and technical capabilities and there are about 140 engineering technicians, one senior engineer at professor level, 16 senior engineers and 39 engineers. 3 of them are listed as specialists who can enjoy special subsidy of State and 2 persons are listed as academic leaders of 333 Trans-century engineering.
For after-sales service, our company persists in "serving users, be responsible for users and satisfying users" and promises to guarantee the lifelong supply of spare parts to users, on-the-spot service and train technicians for users. We also carry out the policy of "guarantee for repair, replacement and refund of substandard products" in 12 months after-sales and set quality liaison with users so as to relieve their troubles back at home.
