We mainly adopt centrifugal casting, aluminum mold casting, and sand mold casting. The largest casting diameter is 1.5 meters, and the maximum casting single unit weight reaches 1 ton.

Our factory is mainly manufacturing all kinds of copper axle sleeve, copper axle bush, copper turbine wheel, copper gasket and Babbitt. We also can manufacture non-ferrous metal mechanical parts according to customers' needs. We can supply rough, semi-finished and finished products. Our factory yearly produces more than 200 tons of copper casting. Our products are applied in ships, machinery, mechanical presses, mining machinery, farm machinery, engineering machinery, engine beds, welding machine electrodes and many other fields. Our company has advanced production technology and check-out equipment, obtaining many customers' consistent high praises.
