ZrO2     Full ceramic bearing ZrO2 material has perfect propriety such as suitable for low and high temperatures, high load capacity, corrosion resistance, nonmagnetic insulated and self lubrication. Suit for the specific applications which are not available for bearing steel and hybrid construction ceramic ball bearing materials.

Si3N4     Full ceramic bearing Si3N4 material has similar propriety as ZrO2 material, besides it has low weight , good wear resistance, high hardness, and it can bear higher temperature than that of ZrO2 material.

SiC        Compared with the other 3 types ceramic materials,full ceramic SiC material is more outstanding in these aspects:higher chemical corrosion resitance,better strength,higher hardness,higher wear resistance,low friction properties,and suitable for the highest temperature.

PEEK     PEEK Polyether etherketone can be used at very high temperatures (+260°C) and it shows an extraordinary mechanical strength, toughness, hardness, flexural strength, torsional strength, PEEK excellent chemical resistance, very good dielectric properties up to +260°C and a very good  resistance to all kinds of radiation. Lmportantl it is self-extinguishing according to UL 94.

PTFE     PTFE  Polytetrafluoroethylene's working temperature from -200°C to 260°C,has high chemical resistance, corrosion resisting,low frictional factor and good insulativity and will not be effected by the temperature.
