Specification:

Outer Shell: 45# forged steel, tensile strength is σb>610MPa, yield strength is σs>450MPa, elongation is δ>17%, hardness is HRC180-200.

Inner Sleeve: Zircoia Sleeve. Composition:Y2O3+ZrO2≥99.5%, Density:5.95~6.05g/cm3, Hardness   ≥89 HRA, Flexural Strength:800~1000Mpa, Fracture Toughness:12~14MPam1/2, Elasticity Modulus:200Gpa, Inner surface roughness:0.2.

Features:

1.Compared with bimetal liners, OEE ceramic liners’ life are improved 5 times at least. The average working time is over 4000 hours, the mini.is over 2000 hours.

2.Zirconia ceramic liners, made by the phase transformation toughen technology, has wear-resistance, corrosion resistance, high hardness and strengh bears high pressure and high temperature in drilling condition.

3.Redcue the cost of shipment, maintenance, labor, storage in drilling.

4.Compared with Alumina liners, Ziconia liners exhibits better impact strength, higher hardness and be honed to finer surface finishes than alumina, so reduce piston wear.
