Specification:

Valve body and seat: 20CrMmMo\20CrMmTi, forged and machined, heat treatment to increase the hardness performance, the thickness of carburized layer is between 2.0-2.5mm, precise machining to make the valve and seat matched perfectly, so that their working life surpasses 600 hours under the normal condition.

Valve insert: Polyurethane Inserts, color can be choosed.

Valve spring: 65Mn.

Surface treatment is Phosphating or blasting and oiling.
