This system consists of wind-gathering-ring wind turbine, controller, inverter, storage battery, submersible pump and water tank. This system converts wind energy into electricity, which can be used to drive the pump directly. And the surplus electricity can be stored into the storage batteries for later use or for other purpose such as lighting. When wind speed is not available or small, the pump can be powered by the electricity stored in the batteries. When the water level reaches the set storage capacity, the pump will stop running automatically. The wind turbine is equipped with a protection device, which can shut down the system automatically or manually to protect both equipment and people when failures happen or destructive meteorological condition such as typhoon.
