The pump can be divided into two parts, one is steel tensile machine driving, and the other is operation. It’s not only matched for stressing equipment driving of YDCW9000,YDCW4000,YDCW2500,YDCW1500,YDCW1000,YDCW600,YC600,YL600,YZ600,YZ850,LD100,LD200 etc, but also used for all kinds of low-flow & high pressure hydraulic equipment. It adopts dual oil and reliable cooperation system.

3. Structure

It’s formed by pump body, pressure indicator (1.5, 60Mpa), reversing valve, pressure regulator valve, stop valves casting and pipe.

This pump belongs to self-priming plunger type. Motor drives shaft 9, through the shaft swash plate pressing the plunger into barrel, and return spring 5 make the plunger raise & plunger reciprocate to achieve suction and discharge oil.

YBZ4/50 electric pump is revised based on ZB2×2/50 pump, and the main revision is as below:

1) Pump body: changed from the original double-way oil supply to single direction oil supply. With the original engine condition unchanged, the oil flow has increased 80%, improving the working efficiency.

2) Operating valve: changed from the original two groups of needle valve into rotary plate valves, making operation easy and decreasing fluctuation with steady pressure. Besides, there is an additional stop valve, with the function of keeping the system steady at a certain pressure value.

3) Motor starting: changed from the original change-over switch into magnetic switch, which can protect the engine with steady starting and perfect phase.

Huaneng Power Plant (Dandong, Liaoning Province) used our product to complete the slip form performance for building the 210 meters chimney. Horizontal movement of oil- refining equipment was completed by our product successfully lately.
