AOWEITE rubber lagging is vulcanized on to theroller resulting in a bond that will not pull loose even under extreme conditions(unlike many glued-on materials).Process: Whether a completely new roller or recovering your existing core, each roller iscarefully stripped and grit blasted to provide an optimal bonding surface. Oncecleaned and blasted, the roller is wrapped with a rubber meeting customer specs.Then it is cured in an autoclave using heat and pressure. After the curing process,the roller is mounted on a lathe and turned down to the proper diameter dimension.Grooves and crown can be added at this time.Delivery: 80% of orders are ready to ship in 5 days. Special materials or configurations cantake a few extra days.Compounds:Our material is 60-80 durometer silicone rubber. Multi-layer applications are possible(example: a cushioning soft under-layer with harder rubber on outside surface).Size:Our maximum roller capacity is 120'' diameter by 300 feet long.
