  • The cutting table can be matched with a membrane eliminating device for the Low-e coating glass. Or loading & unloading device, and then buildup a cutting line.
  • Unique cutting head design makes the glass cutting much more glidingly, and the cutting surface is much smoother.
  • Adopts the laser localizer for the raw glass piece orientation, no need manual orientation, the orientation process is much more simple and convenient with high standards.
  • The Cutting Bridge was driven by the two sets servo motor, which are located on the both end of the cutting bridge. This special design makes the cutting bridge moving become much more reposefully with high cutting standards.
  • Adopts imported high precision gear wheal and rack, the gear wheal, rack and the linetype guide-rail are fit as a integrative system.
  • The cutting speed can be adjusted by manual according to the practical cutting requirements.
  • Loading table was controlled by the PLC device, the glass snatching, tilting  and feeding are continuously and automatically.
