Now, our factory has complete producing lines, such as iron smelting, con-casting pipe billet, refining, hot rolling, heat treatment, threading and others. Our main products are casing pipes and oil tubing, high pressure boiler tubes, hydraulic cylinder pipes, automobile steel pipes and others. Our company's annual production capacity for smelting is about 350,000 tons, together with seamless steel tubes 150,000 tons, heat treatment 50,000 tons and casing pipes and oil tubing 80,000 tons. The main production equipment is follows: 1, Smelting system: 45 tons EAF imported from Germany Krupp, LF finer and VD furnace, equipped with investigations of third-rate arc caster. 2, Seamless steel tube production system: 21 meters annular furnace, Dia140 a dynamic non-clearance two roll piercer, Dia140 (Accu-rolling), seven frame two separate transmission roller diameter machine, Tension reduced size machine imported from Germany Mannesmann and SMS Mill Company, 65M Step furnace cold-bed, Online Wagner carbide saw, six roller flattener and others. 3, Heat treatment furnace production line: stepping furnace, water quenching machine, and the continuous roller type electric heating normalizing furnace from Germany LOI. 4, Inspection equipment: Eddy current test machine imported from Germany Foerster, UT test machine imported from Germany KK and others. 5, Steel processing equipment: 11 sets of special CNC lathes, screw machines, hydraulic press machines, marking machines and magnetic powder flaw detectors.
