Cylinder inner hole machining

1        Use of precision hole boring machine. After the boring rolling, product is high dimensional accuracy, wear resistance.

2         Use of Imported strong Honing machine. First, use hole boring machine boring hole, then honing, the intelligent control process can achieve the roundness of hole circle within 0.01mm, Straightness achieve 0.02/1000, Roughness achieve Ra0.2. This process enhance the accuracy of inner hole dimension, also it ensure the durability of the hole. All of these make the overall performance is more remarkable

Quality Control

1        Cylinder products from purchased materials, processing, assembly, have strict quality control. (we passed the certification of ISO/ TS 16949:2009)

2        Automated cleaning equipment to ensure the cleanliness of fuel tank assembly.

3        Welding using CO2 arc welding and automatic girth welding, which ensure the welding quality of the seal parts

4        Full Cylinder inspection. After product 100% passed the comprehensive test then can be delivered out from factory.
