Wenzhou Hengduan Forging Co.,Ltd is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, which is the hometown of Forging industry, Our company was founded in 1998, with total assets15 Million RMB, floor space:16000 SM, building area: 8500 SM。Currently has employees more than 130, including 12 professional engineers, 5 high-grade technicians, retaining technique professors from Central South University (C.S.U) being our company’s consultants. Our company was awarded the honor of AAA class Credit standing Enterprise, City famous Enterprise with good honesty.

Currently Hengduan operates three production units: Forging workshop, Foundry, Machining workshop.

Forging Workshop: There are 2 press machines based on different weights of 600T,400T,200T; 2 intermediate frequency arc furnaces(180KW), specializing in producing all different kinds of Flange Clamps, most popular sizes are FL/FS series,60 series, mainly following Yonghua & Parker standards, with monthly production capacity more than 200 thousand sets. Domestic markets: such  as Liugong company,Yigong company and many machinery accessories whole-sellers around China, International market are mainly U.S and Europe markets.

Foundry: Has 1 set 3T electric furnace, 1 set 2.5T furnace cupola, we can produce about 4800T casting accessories and articles each year, mostly products are Elevator fittings, Crusher fittings, Woodwork fittings and Engraving machine stands, all kinds of balancing weights, casting accessories. Our products are with good performance, stable quality, which is sold many places around China, receiving good reputations from the customers. Our customer: Wensui Group, Latch Bed company, Zhonglian Keji, etc,.

Marching Workshop: This workshop is mainly produce the AS-CASTS for our own Forging workshop & Foundry, which have 10 sets CNC Machines, 15 sets Common Machines, 2 sets Milling & Boring Machines, 3 sets Drilling Machines.
