With professional device and fine workmanship, each of screw and barrel all made from high quality alloy steel(38CrMoALA), and are chataceterized with high anti-friction, anti-corrsion and long life after nitriding by anion, and it can replace the imported products.
Every piece of qualification has strictly carry out the JB/T8538-1997 and ISO9002 standards.
Screw type: gradual change, mutant, undaform, double screen, cone,bypass flow, separate flow, exhaust, dowel, variant, blend, double-end, triple head, multi-head, pelletizing and so on.
Compression ratio of screw and barrel can be designed according to the various products and formula.
