The product we independently developed are: seat slide rail and recliner for Iveco driver’s car, which has got the patent; seat slide track for Citroen car admitted by Citroen in France; height riser for Ouman heavy lorry; seat slide track for Hainan Mazda & Jiang huai Refine estate car seat slide & recliner for Engle; seat frame for MITSUBISHI motors; seat slide rails, recliners for Jianghuai Ruifeng

1. main equipments
Stamping production facility?5 oil press machines. (two 500T , two 315T and one 200T); 400T, 315T, 250T, 200T, 160T punchers 55 sets.
Welding facilities?26 sets of rich-argon mixing gas protecting welding and a welding robot.
Coating equipment: 1 set of cathodic electrophoresis paint equipment; 1 set of powder injection equipment.
Assembling apparatus: 6 assembling lines.
Mould manufacturing facilities: 9 mould manufacturing machines with multifunction. 6 NC wire-cutting machines.
Other equipments: 1 CVC pipe bending machine; a number of riveters, air compressors and shearing machines.

1. Quality reference
We passed ISO9002 in 1999 and ISO9000-2000 version in 2004, as well as Ts16949:2002 version in 2008.

3 CMM; one strength testing machine and one fatigue testing machine; one carbon-sulfur analyzer and one electronic universal testing machine and one salt spray testing machine.
3. Our features in quality control
(1) We put much attention on the quality of raw materials. Before they are stored, not only the quality assurance from suppliers is needed, but the main five elements and three target of the materials will also be rechecked.
(2) Besides the strict process control, we also give the finished product a careful check-up in their main measurements and performance to ensure they are conformed with the requirements.
