Donggang Shuguang Casting Machinery Factory is located in the beautiful and resourceful Donggang City of Liaoning Province. Being near to No. 201 State Road and at the junction of Danda and Shendan Highways, we enjoy convenient transportation. Our factory is near to Dalian Port of China. Our factory was established in 1998. We offer stable quality, timely delivery and good services. Our factory has 10 technicians and 1 senior engineer. We have the first-class and advanced casting, machining and management systems. Our annual output of castings is 10,000 tons. Our main products are valve parts, pump parts, elevator parts and a variety of other castings. Our main customers are Tyco, Watts, Avk, Saint-Gobain, Danfoss and Ebro. Our factory has passed ISO9000 Certification. We have advanced technology production lines, including 4 sets of electric ovens and one Japanese casting line with the maximal daily production capacity of 5T. We have analyzers, spectrum machines, Rally machines and microscopes to ensure the quality of our raw materials. For machining, we have 4 sets of machining centers, 2 sets of 2.5m vertical lathes, 3 sets of 1.6m vertical lathes, 10 sets of CNC lathes and 3 sets of boring machines to ensure our machining quality.
