Our product looks more sliver than other common iron casting product because of more pearlite in it. Casting specification can usually be within the range of 0.2kg to 300kg. we can cast ASTM,ISO,DIN,JIS,BS,EN all series Alloy cast iron including Grey iron products and Ductile iron products. 95% products were exported to U.S.A., Europe, Japan and others countries. our suppliers are Cameron(USA), Punch(Japan) Finetec Century(Korea) ,ETC. The BHN hardness of the whole Rotor is even distributed 190 to 210 and the pearlitic cast iron is more than 95% in it. The A-type graphite length is under 7mm in 100 times microscope. the qualified products are more than 95% because of less v porosity and inclusion blows in them.
