Our product looks more sliver than other common iron casting product because of more pearlite in it. Recently, we successfully made the rotor&stator of scroll type compressor(ASTM Class 30,HT250) by Green Sands Casting. The BHN hardness of the whole Rotor is even distributed 190 to 210 and the pearlitic cast iron is more than 95% in it. The A-type graphite length is under 7mm in 100 times microscope. the qualified products are more than 95% because of less v porosity and inclusion blows in them.
