Introduction to Inverted Bucket Steam Trap

With the advanced SSCV system,the trap can be closed tightly for saving energy.The water seal and lifting mechanism in the bucket can prevent steam leaking effectively and the air vent on the bucket top can resist steam locking effectively.It has many advantages,such as large discharge capacity,wear resistance,ease of maintenance and shake-proof.The back pressure rate is more than 90%.

     Gansuhongfeng Machinery Co.,Ltd based on State owned factory NO. 920 by reform system.

State owned factory NO.920 (also named State owened hongfeng machinery factory) which was built in 1965 is the domestic large-scale military-industry enterprise. It has many advantages such as abundant technical force, advanced technics, complete test measures and complete sciential management system. After 1986 year ,turning into civil one, with the progress of science and technology, our factory has developed civil products, enlarged markets and formed a product style of arrangement which makes machinery, electric equipment and chemical industry a whole. We lead into the technology from Japanese MIYAWAKI Company and produce TRAP series products which have become the mainstay products of our factory.

    State Economic&Trade Commission has decided our factory as the efficient and energy-saving TRAP item model factory. With the former Ministry of Machinery Industry's demonstration and recommendation, our factory has successfully built high temperature , high pressure and big volume traps production base.

    In the past few years, in order to base ourselves in the intense market competition, our factory spends much time on the management and have passed GB/T19001-ISO9001 quality system certification in Feb,1999.
