Yantai Future Automatic Equipments Co., Ltd. (Formerly known as Yantai Pneumatic Works) is situated in the beautiful seashore resort of Yantai. Built in 1973, our company used to be one of the appointed manufacturers of pneumatic units approved by the Mechanical Department of China and obtained the honorary title of National Second-Class Enterprise in 1989. In the year of 2000, our company passed the verification of ISO9001 by DNV. Our company is a general enterprise integrating product research, manufacture, sale, technical services, import and export. Currently, our company has become a main production base for pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, control systems, packing machines and auto repair equipment.
Our company covers a total area of 45,600 square meters and the floor space is 30,000 square meters. There are totally 512 employees including 92 technical staff members. Currently, we utilize over 200 processing units including 28 sets of digital machining centers, tools and special equipment brought from Germany, Japan, Korea and Chinese Taipei, 159 sets of normal machinery and 8 sets of testing machines.
Our main products include over 90 categories and 1,000 specifications and the non-standard designing level takes the lead in the same industry all around the nation. All products are widely used in metallurgy, chemistry, textile, automobile, military affair, architecture, rubber, woodworker and glass making industries. On the basis of advanced production lines and world level inspection equipment, our company has carried out the lean management, 5S management and ERP management system and kept on paying attention to the progress of workers in their technical ability and personal diathesis so as to ensure and continuously improve the quality of our products.
Up to now, the company has founded a huge and strong market network all around the nation and established service centers and offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Jinan, Chengdu, Dalian, Shenyang, Wulumuqi, Xi'an and Qingdao. All products are sold well not only around the nation but also in the USA, Canada, Japan, Russia, Ukraine and France and other countries and regions.
