In 2003, L&S Beryllium Bronze Manufacture Co.,Ltd. and M&H Welding Material Co.,Ltd. are merged into ALB Group, and in 2005, ALB Group acquired Jiangsu C&Y Metal Material Co.,Ltd., which was enlarging our production scales and technological resources and experiences from that time on.

In 2007, ALB Group acquired Fujian J&J Electronic Copper Strips Co.,Ltd, which is one of the leading high precision copper strips manufacturer in China, specializing in producing high precision phosphor bronze strips and nickel silver strips since its establishment, the products are mainly applied in the industry of electronic appliances, telecommunication equipment, electric transmission devices and transformer, automobile components, mechanical hardware, construction and home appliance, etc.
