1.Usage:install on the conductor and earth wire to decrease the wind  vibration,protect the conductor,earth wire and  fitting,prolong the system's life.

2.Technical function:    

The damper is  asymmetric,and the steel twisted wire is not same.Every damper swing up and down and twist,it will appear two syntony frequency,so the damper has four syntony frequency.The protection frequency up to nearly hundred frequency.
