Annual output 250,000 m³AAC production line including: raw materials processing equipments, batching and pouring equipments , delaying curing and cutting equipments, grouping and maintained equipments, equipments for final products come out of the autoclave, dust removing equipments etc.. The production line has the features of simple operation, high yield etc. The device uses air turning cutting process, distributed cutting unit. The cutting processes (turning, slitting, die cutting) are completed in different phases. Moreover, cutting and walking are controlled in the same device. Therefore, the process has been simplified, and it is more convenient for maintenance.
