Type:

Almost all types, including metric and inch deep groove ball bearing, self-aligning bearing, angular contact bearing, plain bearing, and spherical bearing. Open type, seal rings, shields can be provided.

Retainer: NYLON, PTFE, PEEK, steel, bronze, or full complements.

Non-standard bearing can be designed and provided upon requirement.

Features:

Compared with traditional metal bearing, ceramic ball bearing is featured in following aspects:

1. Has higher limit speed. SI3N4 is lighter than metal, and can effectively restrain the centrifugal force, therefore enhances the limit speed.

2. More precise: Si3N4 has higher hardness and elastic modulus than steel, which means ceramic ball bearing is stiffer, more rigid than steel bearing, thus can be used in higher precision condition.

3. Longer life: Si3N4 leads to lower centrifugal force, thus extends bearing life. Furthermore, friction coefficient of Si3N4 is lower than steel, which also extends bearing life.

4. Electric isolation resulted from Si3N4 ball.

5. Could work under poor lubrication or no lubrication;

1) No stick between Si3N4 ball and steel race under poor lubrication;

2) Si3N4 ball never rust, so bearing can still rotate for a long time even when the steel race is eroded or rusts.

Application:

Our hybrid ball bearings have been used as high-speed spindle bearing, high-precision machine spindle bearing, dental drill bearing, high-speed wheelhead bearing, instrument bearing, hard drive bearing, skating bearing, fishing bearing, etc.

Note:

1. Take care of issues resulted from thermal expansion difference between metal and ceramics.

2. Full ceramic bearing is not suitable for heavy loading, impact loading and variable loading application
