 Advantages of Bark Removing Machine  

1.  It overcomes the weakness that traditional drum-type wood peeling machine have to stop while discharging and feeding, 

2.  It separates skin from wood exit, realizing continuous work, from the feeding, to peeling, and discharging the wood. The whole process is a continuous, accomplishing operation flow, automatic production.

 3.  For different wood species, peeling effect can be adjusted. All can be peeled regardless of the length, bending, spiral, and dry and wet. 
4.  Stand-alone operation can peel 35 to 50 tons logs, greatly saving the manpower.

Working Principle of Bark Removing Machine 

 The unique acting force produced by the rotor with step type peeling teeth make the lumber sections do circular motion in cycles in the bunker tank plate. Besides, the lumber sections do rotary motion around their own axis and jump irregularly, so that the lumber sections and the teeth, the lumber sections and the lumber sections, the lumber sections and the bunker tank and the pecten constantly rub, impact, extrude, strip against each other,  the bark and trunk are resolved and stripped rapidly, achiving efficient peeling effect. Wood peeling machine is mainly comprised of feeding mechanism, discharging mechanism, cutter disc, transmission system, chassis, etc.

Working process:

Load the logs, tree branches, etc into the roll groove, close the feed baffle, start the machine, operate claockwise.  With the operation of the machine, the woods in the roll groove are stripped by the strip bar. Fifteen minutes later, close the machine, open the discharge baffle, then start the machine and operate counterclockwise two minutes, and then the woods well peeled will be diacharged automatically from the roll groove. The stripping net rate can reach >95%.
