The present invention relates generally to a security head screw having threaded shank portion and head portion. The head-portion is characterized by having a circular profile with a cylindrical peripheral wall and a smooth crown without any tool engagement slots, recesses or other profile in contrast to a convention screw. The security head screw is driven into place by way of a driving tool having shank portion adapted to be rotated by a suitable implement such as a power drive. The driving tool further comprises a cup portion incorporating a cylindrical recess coaxial with the shank. The recess is sized and shaped to fit over the head portion of the screw.
