Sintered NdFeB Magnet is a kind of rare earth magnet. Compared to conventional magnets, e.g. AlNiCo or hard ferrites, it possess a tenfold power density. The excellent magnetic characteristics of sintered NdFeB-magnet is based on their strong magnetic matrix phase Nd2Fe14B (tetragonal structure) with a very high saturation magnetization Bs (Bs = 1.6 T) and a high magnetic anisotropic field strength. Besides, Sintered NdFeB Magnet affects tetragonal crystal intermetallics, making the intermetallics with high magnetization,uniaxial anisotropy and curie temperature. Yet, it can be divided into Sintering NdFeB magnets and Bonded NdFeB magnets. Also it possesses high toughness,good ability of resisting corrosion and temperature. Usually, it's manufactured by binding rapid-quenching NdFeB powder. The powder is mixed with resin to form a magnet by compression molding with epoxy or infection molding with nylon. The latter technique is particular effective in large volume production, though the magnetic value of prod. In addition, Sintered NdFeB Magnet has the high remanence, high coercive force, high energy, high resistance to magnetic demagnetization, excellent cost to performance ratio, and it's very easy to corrosion in humid environments, so it is necessory to do the surface treatment according customers' requirements. Yet, it's also widely used in mini-motors, wind generators, meters, sensors, speakers, magnetic suspension system, magnetic transmission machine and other industrial applications.
