Air and oil cylinder are two kinds of cylinder, one is air cylinder and the other is oil cylinder. It is different from other cylinders and has good quality.
On the one hand, air cylinder is also called pneumatic cylinder. It is a mechanical device used to impart a force from a fluid, such as air. In order to fulfill their function, it mete a force by converting the potential energy of compressed gas into kinetic energy. This is carried out by the compressed gas being able to expand, without external energy input, which itself occurs due to the pressure gradient established by the compressed gas being at a greater pressure than the atmospheric pressure. This air expansion forces a piston to move in the desired direction. The piston is a disc or cylinder, and the piston rod transfers the force it develops to the object to be moved.
On the other hand, oil cylinder is an important member of cylinder. It is also called hydraulic cylinder. There are many kinds of hydraulic cylinders such as Double-acting hydraulic cylinder, High pressure hydraulic cylinder, industrial hydraulic cylinder, Telescopic hydraulic cylinder, Tie-rod hydraulic cylinder, welded hydraulic cylinder and so on. Besides, the oil cylinder has the same information of hydraulic cylinder. It is made up of seven parts. There are Cylinder barrel, Cylinder Bottom or Cap, Cylinder Head, Piston, Piston Rod, Rod gland and other parts. It is usually called a linear hydraulic motor and is a mechanical actuator that is used to give a unidirectional force through a unidirectional stroke. It has many applications, notably in engineering vehicles. A hydraulic cylinder is the actuator or "motor" side of this system. The "generator" side of the hydraulic system is the hydraulic pump which brings in a fixed or regulated flow of oil to the bottom side of the hydraulic cylinder, to move the piston rod upwards.
