Established in 1984, Guangzhou Auto Spring Co., Ltd. is one of the largest spring manufactory in South China. Specifically, the main products include compression springs, extension springs, heavy duty extension springs and precise extension springs, power springs, heavy duty torsion springs, precise torsion springs, wire forming and metal stamping products.
In 1984, our first factory was founded in Hong Kong, and we began business by producing and selling springs. In 1999, in order to complement with its rapid business expansion, Guangzhou Auto Spring Co., Ltd. was set up. We have expanded our product lines to include metal stamping, and the products are widely applied to automobiles, machinery, electronics, home appliances, industrial products, hardware and plastic die, AV equipment, gifts and so on. In 2001, we have upgraded our management system to be ISO9001 certified.
In 2003, our new factory covering 12,000 square meters was established in Guangzhou, where it is equipped with advanced facilities and equipment, such as a whole set of tester and comprehensive CNC production line.
With more than 20 years of manufacturing and testing experience, our strong R and D team is always developing the best spring to meet all customers' requests. We have successfully produced springs with wire diameters ranging from 0.03 up to 12.00mm, extension springs with the ratio between wire diameter and inside diameter up to 1:1, compression springs with minimum wire diameter of 0.03mm and outside diameter of 0.3mm.
