Zhejiang Shenggu Foundry Co.,Ltd locates in Qinggang Town Yuhuan Zhejiang province with its product brand "SHENGGU". It covers an area of 82,000 square meters. It has 920 employees, among which there are 70 engineering technicians. It has five filiales: melting and molding factory, iron casting factory, machining workshop, resin sand factory, tooling mold factory. Outputs for precision casts reach to more than 6,000 tons, and outputs for iron casts reach to more than 25,000 tons. It has established wide business relationship with over one hundred and fifty companies both at home and abroad. It is the one of the biggest comprehensive manufacturers in Taizhou city. It is also the first one who got the certificate of ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System and TS16949 Quality System in foundry industry.

Nowadays, our company has formed the following organic layout: the first factory located in Yuexin Industrial Zone and the second factory located in Fanhong Industrial Zone both for the production of gray iron casts,ductile iron casts. And the third factory located in Xiaqiu Industrial Zone for the production of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel (precision casting process), chilled iron casts and precise machining. And the fourth factory located in Xuyu County Jiangsu Province for the production of middle and big casts and new technology (back-up). It has a whole set of machining means, good equipments and various products, which meets the requirements of different customer well, by which it has formed its comprehensive manufacturing capability and competitiveness in foundry industry.
It has more than 250 sets production equipment such as medium frequency electric furnaces, electric furnaces for heat-treatment, formation machines, core shooters, wax injection machines, digital control lathes, CNN machining center, milling machines, grinding machines. Production lines for ductile iron casts, gray iron casts and chilled iron casts are formed by the process of medium frequency furnace melting, manual formation, machinery formation, shell-coated sand hot core box and resin sand, and production line for carbon steel and stainless steel by the process of water-glass precision casting and silicasol precision casting (both lost-wax process). It equips with test machines such as spectrometer, quick thermoanalyzer, universal material test machine, Brinell sclerometers, metallurgic microscope, computer-processing carbon & sulphur analyzer, 3-D dimensional test machine, ultrasonic defect detector, magnetic particle inspection, nondestructive tester and pouring stimulation system software by which chemical components, mechanical properties and metallographic structure of casts are completely analyzed and tested, and size and tolerance of products are strictly controlled. Therefore, products have good appearance and interior good quality and enjoy good reputation among our customers.
